Before we dive into the streaming chart, let’s take a look at notable headlines from Week 7:

  • Rodney Hood suffered a TORN left Achilles against the Lakers on Friday
  • Marvin Bagley has been CLEARED for full-contact work and is being listed as day-to-day
  • D’Angelo Russell made his RETURN from injury last Wednesday
  • Josh Richardson is STILL recovering from a right hamstring strain
  • Kyrie Irving expected to be OUT at least the next few weeks

The following list of players are ALL owned in UNDER 50% of Yahoo, ESPN, and Fantrax leagues.

Please Note: We have added a column labeled “Tu/Th”, which highlights players who play on slow game days.

Waiver Wire Pickups

Let’s get to the players you should consider picking up if they are available in your league: With Thomas Bryant set to miss the next three weeks with an injured foot, Moritz Wagner is a must-add. Wagner should start and hover around 25-30 MPG. Duncan Robinson KEEPS HITTING TREYS. Robinson is a walking 3-pointer, and he’s more than capable of helping you with Points, FG%, and low-end Rebounds, as well. Jarrett Culver has averaged anywhere between 24-30 minutes in every game this season and even though his FG% is lackluster, he is providing 3PM, Points, Rebounds, Assists, Steals, AND Blocks. Garrett Temple is looking like a MUST-ADD with Kyrie set to miss AT LEAST the next two weeks with a shoulder issue. His minutes range from the mid-upper 30s, and he’s producing at a high level. Give him a look if you are in need of a guard. Damian Jones looks to have cemented his role as the starting center for the Hawks. Give Jones a look if you’re in need of big man stats. Tyus Jones and De’Anthony Melton are both worthy of a pickup as long as Morant is OUT. Even though Melton has been out-producing Jones, I’d still give the SLIGHT edge to Jones since he’s been starting. Add them both, if you can. Jakob Poeltl seems to have earned Popovic’s trust, which goes a long way in fantasy. He’s a Blocks and FG% specialist who contributes with low-end Points and Rebounds. Rajon Rondo continues to turn back to clock and produce numbers identical to his days in Boston. Over the last 2 games, Rondo has averaged 28.5 MIN for 12.5 PTS, 2 3PM, 7.5 REB, 9 AST, and 1.5 STL. It wouldn’t surprise me if they started Rondo in the near future, but even if he doesn’t start, he is getting SOLID run off the bench. It was assumed that Norman Powell‘s minutes and production would take a nosedive once Kyle Lowry returned from injury BUT he has averaged 29.5 minutes since Lowry returned and he’s still producing solid Points, 3PMs, Rebounds, Assists, and Steals. He’s a bankable streaming option with room for more. As long as Derrick Favors remains away from the team, Jaxson Hayes is going to keep blocking shots. Frank Kaminsky AKA “Frank the Tank” has been on a TEAR as of late. Over his last 3 games, he is averaging 31 MIN for 18.3 PTS, 2 3PM, 5.7 REB, and 1 STL. As long as Baynes and Ayton are OUT, Kaminsky should provide productive, low-end stats for your fantasy team. Lastly, with the news of Rodney Hood going down with a torn left achilles, Kent Bazemore needs to be scooped up in BOTH shallow and deep leagues. Anfernee Simons and Nassir Little should also see an increase in minutes making them decent adds in deep leagues.

Top 100

If all of the above players are taken in your league, I’d consider adding the following players and riding the wave while they’re producing Top 100 value during Week 7.

  1. Justin Holiday
  2. Markelle Fultz
  3. Alex Len
  4. Terrence Ross
  5. Nemanja Bjelica
  6. George Hill
  7. Langston Galloway
  8. Willie Cauley-Stein
  9. Khem Birch
  10. Alec Burks
