Welcome to the 2020-2021 Fantasy Basketball Draft Points Rankings article!
With the start of the NBA season right around the corner, it’s time to get you prepped for your upcoming Fantasy Basketball drafts! The regular season kicks off Tuesday, December 22nd with a doubleheader. The first game will be the Golden State Warriors vs. Brooklyn Nets followed by the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Los Angeles Clippers.
You can’t WIN your league at the draft, but you can certainly lose it. Make sure to build a solid foundation of reliable starters with a high-floor/ceiling combination, then round out your roster with players projected to receive heavy minutes. The more minutes a player receives, the more likely they’ll score points for your fantasy squad.
I based the following rankings on Yahoo! default points scoring settings:
Pts Scored = 1
Rebounds = 1.2
Assists = 1.5
Blocked Shots = 3
Steals = 3
Turnovers = -1
