We made it to Week 2! After a thrilling Week 1 victory, your fantasy team is 1-0 and ready to make it 2-0. You have come to the right place! For all my 0-1 peeps: DON’T PANIC. It’s still super early. You have plenty of time to turn it around. It starts in Week 2.
Last week, I encouraged you to be proactive and pick up Kenneth Gainwell before kickoff. The 22-year-old finished as the RB20 in Week 1 with nine carries for 37 yards and two catches for six yards and a score. He is the RB2 in Philadelphia behind Miles Sanders and will be used more in games with a negative game script as the preferred pass-catching back. The future is bright for the rookie out of Memphis, and he is still available in 46% of Sleeper leagues and 71% of Yahoo leagues.
Let’s look at a few notable injured fantasy players we need to monitor heading into Week 2: A.J. Brown, Saquon Barkley, Miles Sanders, Odell Beckham Jr. (OUT), Josh Jacobs, Tyrell Williams, and Zach Ertz.
