Before we dive into the streaming chart, let’s take a look at notable headlines from Week 14:
- Zion Williamson made his NBA debut last Wednesday: He finished with 22 points, seven rebounds, three assists, five turnovers and four 3-pointers in 18 minutes
- Josh Richardson is OUT 2-3 weeks with a left hamstring strain
- Jusuf Nurkic will not make his regular-season debut until after the All-Star break
- Jamal Murray and Paul Millsap are still “a ways off”
- Dwight Powell suffered a season-ending torn right Achilles tendon

Waiver Wire Pickups
Let’s get to the players you should consider picking up if they are available in your league:
With the news of Josh Richardson missing 2-3 weeks due to a left hamstring strain, Matisse Thybulle needs to be owned EVERYWHERE. Labeling Thybulle as a 3&D player would be a disservice to him because he provides ELITE defensive stats to go along with 3-pointers. Coach Mike Malone stated that Jamal Murray is “a ways away”, which means Monte Morris will continue to start and provide mid-round value. Jerami Grant‘s ownership is creeping up to where I don’t need to mention him anymore, but just in case he is still on your waiver wire, PICK HIM UP. All Grant needed was a Millsap injury to have value, and not only is Millsap on the shelf, but the Nuggets are dealing with a bevy of injuries. It wouldn’t surprise me if Grant provided Top-75 value while Millsap is on the shelf. The return of Kristaps Porzingis was supposed to hurt any value Maxi Kleber had while he was on the shelf, but that changed once Dwight Powell went down with a season-ending torn right Achilles tendon. Kleber should produce Top-150 value moving forward. Svi Mykhailiuk makes my list for the second consecutive week. Over the past two weeks, Mykailiuk has averaged 3.2 3-pointers, 15.3 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.8 steals all while shooting 54% from the field. Pick him up as a 3-point specialist with room for more. Reggie Jackson made his regular-season debut last Wednesday and produced 22 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals in just 19 minutes. Jackson’s minutes will most likely stay limited for now, but he’s worth an add in 14-plus team leagues and ALL Points Leagues. What more does Daniel Theis need to do to warrant more ownership? Theis is providing Top-40 value over the last weeks with averages of 9.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.8 blocks while shooting 65% from the field. With no competition for his minutes, Theis needs to be owned everywhere. Ian Mahinmi has been quietly producing Top-100 value over the last two weeks. Scoot Brooks has been gushing over Mahinmi and has even been playing Thomas Bryant at the four to keep Mahinmi’s defense in the game. He’s been averaging 27 minutes per game while producing 11.1 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 1.1 blocks over the last two weeks. Give him a look in 14-plus team leagues. As long as the Nuggets are dealing with injuries, Malik Beasley is going to be playing heavy minutes and deserves to be owned in 16-plus team leagues. PJ Dozier is another Nugget who will be playing more minutes than usual as the backup point guard. The former G League MVP had been averaging 21.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, 7.6 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.7 3-pointers before being called up. Of course, he won’t produce those kind of stats while with the Nuggets, but he has the potential to put up useful stats in 18-plus team leagues.

If all of the above players are taken in your league, I’d consider adding the following players and riding the wave while they’re producing Top 100 value during Week 14 (all owned in under 50% of Yahoo Leagues)
